For Prezent CEO and founder Rajat Mishra, the recognition carries special meaning. A former Cisco executive who launched Prezent in 2021 amid the pandemic, Mishra bet on a bold mission: to democratize great business communication.
“I saw how often brilliant ideas failed because they weren’t communicated effectively,” Mishra recalls. “Prezent was built to solve that problem with technology and empathy.”
Since then, Prezent’s intelligent platform has enabled leaders to craft engaging, high-impact business stories through its AI co-pilot ASTRID, which helps structure narratives, design presentations, and train teams in communication excellence. The company reports that users save up to 70% of the time they would normally spend creating decks.

In 2025, Prezent is doubling down on growth with a $30 million funding round led by Multiplier Capital, Greycroft, and Nomura Strategic Ventures — bringing its valuation to $400 million and fueling a wave of acquisitions. Its first target: Prezentium, a life sciences presentation services company founded by Deepti Juturu.
The startup’s approach blends human creativity with AI precision, positioning it as a next-generation platform for business communication.
With McKinsey estimating $4.4 trillion in productivity potential from corporate AI applications, Prezent aims to lead the shift toward a more agile, scalable model of enterprise storytelling.
“The future of business communication is intelligent, accessible, and deeply human,” Mishra says. “That’s the future we’re building.”
