Think Power Solutions’ Chief Operating Officer will become its next CEO, the infrastructure enterprise announced on Monday — a transition that highlights a period of growth for one of the leaders in the industry.
Daniel Helman will succeed Hari Vasudevanm, whose 12 years at the helm shaped the company into an important partner across the electric utilities industry.
“I’m honored to lead this outstanding team into the next chapter,” said Daniel Helman.
“We’ll continue to build on the strong foundation Hari created and drive new levels of operational excellence and client success,” added the executive.
Helman brings more than 35 years of operational experience to the role, including 20 years in the power generation and construction industry. His experience includes specializing in areas including operations, management, manufacturing, EHSS, and planning.
Dan is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM) and a Registered Environmental Manager (REM).
He earned a B.S. in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from The University of Toledo.

Hari Vasudevan will remain an investor in Think Power Solutions, continuing to support the company’s long-term mission.

The news follows a period of growth for the company.
This June American Electric Power (AEP), one of the largest electric utility companies in the U.S., announced an ongoing partnership with Think Power Solutions.
